Are personal shoppers (jastipers) allowed to bring suitcases?

Yes. Suitcases of any size are allowed as long as they use 4 wheels. Suitcases must not be opened inside the bazaar area or along visitor pathways. For everyone's convenience, please do not leave suitcases or personal belongings in front of tenant booths.

How can I purchase products during a flash sale?

Here are some tips to help you prepare for a flash sale: 1. Check each brand's flash sale schedule via their Instagram account or through bit.ly/SOI7Catalog. 2. We recommend arriving at the brand's booth 30 minutes to 1 hour before the flash sale starts. Some tenants may distribute flash sale forms or implement a queueing system before the promotion begins. 3. Join SOI's Instagram Broadcast Channel for daily flash sale updates. Visit @scentof.id and click "Scent Obsessed Individuals" on the profile page.

Are visitors allowed to bring food & beverages?

Outside food and packaged beverages are not allowed. Only water bottles or tumblers may be brought into the bazaar area.

Will cigarettes & vapes be confiscated?

No. Conventional cigarettes, vapes, IQOS devices, and similar products will not be confiscated. However, smoking and the use of these devices are prohibited inside the venue. Please keep them stored safely throughout the event.

How many people is 1 ticket valid for?

1 ticket is valid for 1 person.

Do children need to purchase a ticket?

Children aged 0–3 do not need to purchase a ticket.

Can I use my ticket on a different day? For example, can a Day 1 ticket be used for Day 2 or Day 3?

No. Tickets are only valid for the date stated on the ticket. Visitors must wear the wristband corresponding to their visit day (Day 1, Day 2, or Day 3).

Can I exchange my e-ticket for a wristband before the event date?

No. E-tickets can only be exchanged for wristbands on the date stated on the ticket at the SOI Ticket Booth, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM (WIB). For example, a Day 2 ticket can only be exchanged on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Will on-the-spot (OTS) tickets be available?

Yes. OTS tickets will be available during the event at Rp35,000 for a Regular Ticket (excluding tax and Loket.com admin fees).

How can I purchase an OTS ticket?

OTS tickets can be purchased directly at the ticket booth inside the venue area while stocks last. Option 1: Online Purchase 1. Scan the ticket purchase QR code available at the venue (via Loket.com / bit.ly/SOI7Tickets). 2. Exchange your e-ticket for a wristband at the SOI Ticket Booth "REGULAR TICKET Penukaran E-Ticket" counter. 3. Once your e-ticket is verified, you will receive your SOI wristband. Option 2: Manual Purchase 1. Visit the SOI Ticket Booth "REGULAR TICKET Pembelian Manual" counter. 2. Provide your details, select the number of tickets, and complete the payment. 3. After payment is confirmed, you will receive your wristband immediately.

Can I pay for tickets with cash?

No. Ticket purchases are cashless only.

Can I re-enter the venue after leaving?

Yes. Re-entry is allowed as long as you wear a valid wristband for the same day and keep it properly attached. Re-entry is available during event hours (10:00 AM–10:00 PM WIB). Please follow the designated flow: enter through the entry gate and exit through the exit gate.
